Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to bring my own supplies? All you need to bring the day of the class is a fun attitude! We will supply glasses to paint on and all the art supplies.
What time should I arrive before the party? You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your guest table.
How I do to reserve the date and time for my party? You can either call or come to store to pay a non-refundable booking fee. This will hold the date and time for your party. There is a 8 person minimum for private events.
What is your cancellation policy? Booking Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made up to two weeks before your event will be issued a credit to put towards another class or event at the Art Factory. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will forfeit 100% of your booking fee and no credit will be issued.
Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX & Discover. Booking Fees may be made in person or over the phone. Once we receive the booking fee, we can set up an online registration page with a password for you to share with guest. This will allow guest to submit payment online and gives us an accurate headcount.
Can I tip my party hostesses? Tips are greatly appreciated.
Can I schedule a party at my location? Absolutely! We’d be happy to bring an Art Factory On-The-Go party to you! Please give us a call and we’ll be happy to arrange a party at your location. A travel fee may apply. There is an 8 person minimum for private events.
